About the firm

Registered as a lawyer since 2017, Annabelle Divoy practices in all areas of intellectual property, in both contentious and non-contentious matters. She also handles matters related to intellectual property (unfair competition, parasitism, privacy, image rights, personal data and GDPR).

Before setting up her own firm, Annabelle worked as an associate in prestigious law firms, where she acquired solid experience in industrial property litigation. In particular, she assisted numerous clients in complex national and cross-border patent litigation in a variety of sectors. She has indepth knowledge of FRAND litigation in the mobile telecoms sector.

She also has extensive experience in litigation and pre-litigation in the fields of trademarks (particularly in the retail sector), designs and copyright (applied arts, book publishing, fashion, audiovisual works, performing arts, etc.).

Annabelle is a member of the Paris and New-York Bars and registered as a UPC representative.
